You'll be the go-to resource for day-to-day system support, report building, and configuration, keeping our HR operations running smoothly and our internal customers well taken care of.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team — fielding requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, high-quality support</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved with clear communication back to stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders</p> </li> <li> <p>Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling</p> </li> <li> <p>Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards to support a scalable, well-governed environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with the broader People Ops team to identify recurring issues and address root causes — not just symptoms</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, with strong proficiency in report building (Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (Jira or similar preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>A customer-first mindset — you're responsive, clear, and patient with stakeholders at all levels</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity (experience with SOX audit controls preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball on the day-to-day</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear, confident communicator — in writing and in person</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Dandy</strong></p> <p>People Systems is the backbone of how Dandy's team operates.
