Each week, more than 6 million students are enrolled in TAL's online and offline education platform.</p> <p><strong><u>Your Role:</u></strong></p> <p>Think Academy U.S. is seeking an enthusiastic <strong>Remote PreK to K Math Teacher</strong> to work with students from Preschool to Kindergarten in math. Teachers will be expected to thoroughly understand math concepts, prepare lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum, deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes, and communicate regularly with students and parents. </p> <p>As a <strong>Remote Math Teacher,</strong> your responsibilities include:</p> <p>Preparing and teaching online math classes for students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes = approximately 10-20 hours/week) </p> <ul> <li>Class assignments and teaching hours depend on your lesson preparation readiness and student satisfaction</li> <li>Participating in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experience lead teachers' teaching methods</li> <li>Conducting trial lesson with new students to help them enroll in the correct classes (5-10 hours/week)</li> <li>Grading homework and communicating with parents weekly to update them on students' learning progress and areas for improvement (3-5 hours/week)</li> <li>Other work assigned by teaching management team</li> </ul> <p>Work Hours:</p> <p>About 2:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday to Sunday (1 or 2 days off) </p> <ul> <ul> <li>Flexible for non-teaching hours, class schedules are our priority!</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher; all majors are welcome though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred!</li> <li>Prior math teaching experience is a plus</li> <li><strong>High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children effectively!</strong></li> <li>Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026</li> <li>Passionate about teaching, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents</li> <li>A stable computer, reliable internet and timely communication</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Competitive Pay: </strong></li> <ul> <li>Teaching Hours: $35/hr</li> <li>Administrative Hours (Lesson Prep, Grading, Parent Communication): $16-$22/hr</li> <li>End-of-Semester Commission based on performance: Target 15%</li> </ul> <li><strong>Yearly Salary Estimate</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>1st year Total Target Compensation: $40,000-$50,000</li> </ul> <li><strong>Flexible Remote Work</strong>: Work from anywhere that suits you best!</li> <li><strong>Professional Growth</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Teachers who consistently deliver high-quality classes may be promoted to management roles, which come with increase responsibilities, additional performance bonuses, and enhanced benefits</li> </ul> <li><strong>Paid Training Program</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Leverage Think Academy's paid, Teacher Training Program to develop your career in education!</li> </ul> <li><strong>401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance</strong> (depending on eligibility)</li> </ul> <hr> <p><em>Think Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
