The role centers on developing production-quality automated tests—including unit, integration, and selective end-to-end tests—and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. Engineers collaborate with product teams across multiple technologies to create maintainable testing solutions, reduce CI/CD instability, and enhance overall software quality.</p> </p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Improve test coverage and identify quality risks across existing applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test development and maintenance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline reliability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and confidence in production systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish scalable testing standards, tools, and best practices across multiple products.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications and Job Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong programming skills in <strong>C#.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience developing and maintaining <strong>automated unit and integration tests</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with testing frameworks such as <strong>xUnit, JUnit, Jest, and Playwright</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of testing concepts, including <strong>unit testing, integration testing, mocking, and test isolation</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work effectively within large and complex codebases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in <strong>Shift Left</strong> and quality-focused engineering environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong English communication skills and collaborative mindset.</p> </li> <li> <p>Interest in using <strong>AI tools</strong> (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for test generation, refactoring, and coverage analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of <strong>LLMs</strong> or a strong willingness to learn.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
